Tall Timbers is very nice space to have a wedding and reception with the added benefit of outstanding outdoor spaces. They are wonderful and easy to work with and are very friendly. The place is very clean and the food is really good. Inside they have a neutral enough pallet that each bride can introduce their own color pallet and Tall Timbers allows each bride to make the space their own. They have great parking which is often underappreciated.

How many people does your wedding venue accommodate?
Tall Timbers has two separate areas. The Oak Fireside has a capacity of 300 people. The second area is the Garden Wing and it holds 120 people. Tall Timbers can do four ceremonies and receptions per day. Tall Timbers can do the reception only or ceremony and reception but they do not the ceremony only.
Can I hold my wedding ceremony as well as the reception at the venue?
You can hold both the ceremony and reception at Tall Timbers.
What is your rental fee?
The Garden wing runs approximately 6k with a capacity of 120 people and includes food and soft beverages. The Oak Fireside room can run upwards of 10k and holds 300 people. No catering in of food. The only items that can be brought in is alcohol and wedding cakes
How much is the deposit and when is it due?
$800 non-refundable deposit, due at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tall Timbers understands that things happen. They have an $800 non-refundable deposit. The final payment is due five days before the ceremony. If the bride wants to make a payment plan all money paid to Tall Timbers is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The deposit can be made with a credit card but the balance must be paid with a cashiers check or money order unless the party wants to pay a 3% fee that Tall Timbers has to pay for convenience of using a credit card.
How long will I have to use the event space I've reserved?
Two hours before guest arrivals the bridal suit becomes available to the bride and the bridal party. They allow an hour for guest arrival before the ceremony. The event itself is allotted four hours of time and a fifth hour can be purchased the evening of the wedding. The afternoon events must end by 4 O'Clock.
Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?
Tables, linens, chairs, plates etc are provided by Tall Timbers. They have five different colors of table linens, 26 colors of napkins included in the price. All of the different tables that they have which include 6 or 8 foot banquet, the 30
Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?
Tall Timbers does allow guests to bring in there own alcohol and they do carry liquor liability insurance. This keeps the cost down for the guests and allows the guest to bring in the types of alcohol that they want.
Are you licensed to provide alcohol service? If so, is alcohol priced per person or by consumption?
Tall Timbers does not carry a license to sell alcohol.
What is your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?
At Tall Timbers both Oak Fireside as well as the Garden Wing have out door space available. In both cases they do have plans and contingencies in the event of inclement weather.
Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?
Tall Timbers will do a planning session where they go over things and they bride and groom can put things were ever they want.
Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?
If your going to have a flame as part of your centerpiece it must be floating and surrounded by water for insurance purposes and no taper or pillar candles. They do allow pillar candles for a unity ceremony. They prefer flameless votives. No glitter on the tables or floors. No nails or pushpins in the walls or ceilings. 3m command strips are allowed.
Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?
The guests can play any type of music they want and can have a live band or three piece orchestra or DJ or what ever they want. They want all events done by 1:00 a.m. with most ending before 12:00.
Does your venue provide on-site parking?
Tall Timbers has private secure parking. It is a very large parking area, but there is plenty of parking.
Is the site handicap accessible?
Yes the site is handicap accessible
Does your venue have liability insurance in the event that someone is injured during the event?
Tall Timbers does offer liability insurance.
Do you have signage or other aids to direct guests to my event?
Tall Timbers does have signage to help direct guests to the venue. They also provide a parking attendant, especially if they have an event in the rear of the building or there is more the one event going on at the same time.
Do you have a recycling policy?
They have no recycling program. Everything needs to be removed at the end of the event. Tall Timbers prides itself on its food and the quality. It is all made fresh and is not frozen or canned. They use organic meats with no hormones or injected with fillers.
