  1. How many people does your wedding venue accommodate?


  2. Can I hold my wedding ceremony as well as the reception at the venue?

    Yes, we offer 4 outdoor ceremony locations as well as one indoor.  

  3. What is your rental fee?

    $7,000 for peak Saturday

  4. How much is the deposit?

    $500 deposit that is due upon contract signing, then monthly or quarterly payments.  

  5. What is your cancellation policy?

    Outside of a year, you will be refunded everything except for $500. From 6 months to 1 year, you will be refunded 50% of the amount you've paid and then less than 6 months, you will not be refunded anything. 

  6. How long will I have to use the event space I've reserved?


  7. Is the food catered in or is it done in house?

    Catered in by your choice of caterer.

  8. Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?

    Tables and chairs are provided.

  9. Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?

    Yes, you provide the alcohol and we use our bartenders to serve.  

  10. Are you licensed to provide alcohol service? If so, is alcohol priced per person or by consumption?

    We do not have a liquor license, we have BYOB and liquor liability insurance

  11. What is your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?

    We have a covered 3,000 square foot back veranda that is open on 3 sides that can be used for an outdoor ceremony.  If the ceremony needs to be inside, we can accommodate that as well.  

  12. Does your facility have a bridal room and groom room to allow the wedding parties to prepare themselves?

    We have two 700 sq ft suites for the bride and groom

  13. Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?

    Yes, you can decorate to suit your purpose with the exception of hanging things on the wall.  

  14. Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?

    Yes, ask us for details.  

  15. Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?

    Music must end no later than 11pm in order to allow for removal of personal decor and other items by midnight.

  16. Does your venue provide on-site parking?

    Yes, we have onsite parking for 150+ cars. 

  17. Does your wedding venue provide any on premise security during the event?

    We will provide security for weddings over 100 guests.  

  18. Are their nearby hotels that your venue recommends?

    We have quite a few options within 15-20 minutes in all directions.  

  19. Is the site handicap accessible?

    100% Handicap accessible including outdoor ceremony areas.  

  20. What else would you like to say about your venue that I have not asked?

    We offer a $500 military discount for all active duty and reserve military members (couple only) and a $250 discount for veterans.  We also have a decor closet in which you may choose to rent items for a very reasonable cost to save you from having to transport decorations and save a little money.
