- How many people does your wedding venue accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 130 guests. However, we do have smaller spaces as well as an Intimate Wedding Packages for those couples seeking to keep their guest list under 35 guests. - Can I hold my wedding ceremony as well as the reception at the venue?
Yes we offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. Our venue provides everything at one location to ensure you and your guests are stress-free! - What is your rental fee?
Our Wedding Package ($86.95/per person) includes rental fees. The only additional fee would be the ceremony fee, this ranges from $500 - $900. - How much is the deposit?
We require a $1,500 non-refundable deposit due at contract signing. - How much is the deposit and when is it due?

Our cancellation policy is detailed in the contract. It is based upon a timeline leading up to your event. - How long will I have to use the event space I've reserved?
You have the space as long as you need! Our Wedding Package includes a four-hour host bar. Most events are based upon this bar timeline. However, additional hours can be added upon request. We do have a sound ordinance of 11:00 PM. - Is the food catered in or is it done in house?
Due to our food licenses we do not allow any outside catering to be brought in. Our executive Chef does an amazing job with the presentation and quality of option offered on our Wedding Package. - Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?
Yes. We provide round tables as well as banquet chairs for the reception and garden chairs for the ceremony. White, ivory, and black linens are also included. However, we offer linen packages if you are interested in upgrading to different colors or fabrics. All plates, silverware, and glassware are also included in the wedding package. - Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?
No. Due to our liquor license, we do not allow any outside beverages to be brought in. - Are you licensed to provide alcohol service? If so, is alcohol priced per person or by consumption?
The bar is priced per person. The Wedding Package includes a four-hour host bar. This bar will be filled with your choice of two domestic beers, two imported beers, our Granville Inn wine, and a liquor package. - What is your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?
We have multiple options to assist in case of poor weather. We are very flexible as well and can make that decision up until 72 hours in advance. - Does your facility have a bridal room and groom room to allow the wedding parties to prepare themselves?
Typically, the groom gets ready in our Library. In this space they can order food and drinks. We also offer a golf package to the groom and his groomsman that morning at the Denison Golf Club. As for the bride, she typically gets ready in one of our three suites. The suite is included in the wedding package for the night of the wedding. We also offer it to the bride at a discounted rate the night before as well. - Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?
Feel free to be as creative as you wish! We do want to ensure the safety of our guests as well as the integrity of the nearly 100-year-old building. Share any ideas you may have with our event staff and we would love to bring your vision to life! - Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?
We can be very flexible when it comes to decorations. Bring any ideas to our event staff so we may discuss. Our set-up staff is also included in the wedding package. Bring your décor a few days in advance and our event staff will set all decorations for you. - Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?
There are no restrictions on genres of music, however it may be monitored. Music does have to end by 11:00 PM. - Does your venue provide on-site parking?
We do have on-site parking. We also work closely with valet services and can request quotes for the cost of your event. - Does your wedding venue provide any on premise security during the event?
There is always a Manager on Duty to assist with any altercations that may arise during the event. There is also a Catering Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, as well as a Banquet Captain to ensure the proper execution of your event. - Are their nearby hotels that your venue recommends?
Our property offers 36 beautifully remodeled guest rooms as well as 3 suites. There is also another Inn across the street should you need more rooms for our of town guests. - Is the site handicap accessible?
Yes. We handicap accessible entrance as well as an elevator and two ADA guest rooms. - Do you have signage or other aids to direct guests to my event?
