    170 (a tent may be added for additional guests)

  2. Can I hold my wedding ceremony as well as the reception at the venue?

  4. How much is the deposit?

    $3,500. Non-refundable

  5. How much is the deposit and when is it due?

    At signing

  6. What is your cancellation policy?

    It's in the contract

  7. How long will I have to use the event space I've reserved?

    It is open to the couple starting on Wed for deliveries & setups. 6HR event including ceremony

  8. Is the food catered in or is it done in house?

    Food is catered

  9. Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?

    Tables, Chairs, Decorations, and so much more

  10. Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?


  11. Are you licensed to provide alcohol service? If so, is alcohol priced per person or by consumption?


  12. What is your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?

    We have a movable arch to accommodate ceremony inside or on the patio area

  13. Does your facility have a bridal room and groom room to allow the wedding parties to prepare themselves?


  14. Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?

    Items may be moved but must be placed back without damage in the original area

  15. Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?

    We are very flexible

  16. Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?

    Appropriate music must end by 10pm. We follow our county restrictions

  17. Does your venue provide on-site parking?


  18. Does your wedding venue provide any on premise security during the event?

    If needed, yes with a cost

  19. Are their nearby hotels that your venue recommends?

    YES, 6 hotels

  20. Is the site handicap accessible?


  21. Does your venue have liability insurance in the event that someone is injured during the event?

    The Couple is required to have liability insurance

  22. Do you have signage or other aids to direct guests to my event?

    It's a true authentic farm, we cater to the couple to make their experience unique and one of a kind.
