We can accommodate up to 350 guests with a dance floor and staging.
- Can I hold my wedding ceremony as well as the reception at the venue?

We typically only have a Food and Beverage Minimum for wedding receptions – no rental. F&B Minimum to be determined based on time of year

20% at the time of contract signing

- What is your cancellation policy?
Based on total revenue commitment:

From 46 days to 89 days prior – 75%
From 0 to 30 days prior – 100%
- How long will I have to use the event space I've reserved?
Six hours – between cocktail hour and reception (ceremony not included in six hour rental)
- Is the food catered in or is it done in house?
All catering is in-house.
- Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?

No, all packages include an open bar.

We make all weather calls five hours prior to the beginning of the event. Based on:

- Does your facility have a bridal room and groom room to allow the wedding parties to prepare themselves?
We recommend using a King Suite and/or standard guest rooms for get-ready rooms
- Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?
We are happy to assist in creating a custom floorplan for your special day!
- Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?
We allow all additional décor to be brought into the hotel from an outside source. We do not allow glitter or confetti in the hotel (or like substances).
- Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?
All events must end a midnight.
- Does your venue provide on-site parking?
Yes – we offer complimentary self-parking
- Does your wedding venue provide any on premise security during the event?
We do not provide designated security during the event.
