This beautiful rustic barn is surrounding by an amazing view of the Hocking Hills area.  The barn is perfect for your special day, baby or bridal showers, corporate events and much more.  It has antique timbers and ages sandstone adding the perfect touch to a beautiful and unique venue.

  1. How many people does your wedding venue accommodate?

    150 People

  2. Can I hold my wedding ceremony as well as the reception at the venue?


  3. What is your rental fee?

    $2900 DIY Package

  4. How much is the deposit and when is it due?

    $500 Refundable Deposit due at time of Booking 

  5. What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are subject to a $150.00 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations less than 60 days from check in date will not receive a refund. All reservations may be rescheduled more than 60 days from original reservation, but will still be subject to a $100.00 processing fee and subject to available dates.   

  6. How long will I have to use the event space I've reserved?

    Our clients have multiple time slots available with Booking. Friday from 4-8pm for Set Up/Rehearsal, Saturday from 8am-10pm, Sunday from 9-11am for Clean Up. 

  7. Is the food catered in or is it done in house?

    Our clients choose their own caterers

  8. Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware provided?

    Tables and Chairs are Provided

  9. Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?

    Yes clients can bring in their own alcohol. In the event of a cash bar, clients must have a licensed bartender

  10. Are you licensed to provide alcohol service? If so, is alcohol priced per person or by consumption?

    No we are not. 

  11. What is your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?

    Clients set their own weather contingency plan at The Barn at Heather Glen 

  12. Does your facility have a bridal room and groom room to allow the wedding parties to prepare themselves?

    Yes we have a Bridal & Grooms Room. 

  13. Can I move things around and decorate to suit my purposes or does everything need to remain as is?

    The set up is DIY to give our clients the ability to set up the way they want

  14. Do you have decoration guidelines that must be followed?

    Our clients can bring in their own decorations, however they can not nail anything into the wood. 

  15. Do you have restrictions on what kind of music I can play or a time in which the music must end?

    DJ Services or Acoustic Bands are allowed. Live Bands are Prohibited

  16. Does your venue provide on-site parking?

    Yes. We also have 1-2 people onsite the day of the wedding to direct parking 

  17. Does your wedding venue provide any on premise security during the event?

    No we do not. 

  18. Are their nearby hotels that your venue recommends?

    We have Lodging available, referrals for additional lodging and there are hotels not far from the Venue. 

  19. Is the site handicap accessible?

    No it is  not. We do allow people to drive up to the barn to drop off and pick up when necessary. 

  20. What else would you like to say about your venue that I have not asked?

    Our barn was built in 1877. It is a true circa barn that has been beautifully up kept over the years. The deck and pond were added several years ago. We truly believe The Barn at Heather Glen is where Rustic Marries Elegance.
